The company Interplast works in the field of injection moulding of plastic materials for third parties and in the design and construction of moulds.
The company was born in Mossano in 1974, in a small workshop of 200 square meters from an idea of founder Antonio Capraro. The activity was carried out by Antonio himself through a press and consisted in the production of stud and soles for soccer shoes.
In 1977 it has been hired the first employee followed by the second one in the early 1980's . In these years, two more presses are purchased and the production of bodkins for both football shoes and other sports shoes and the it started first experience in the technical articles' field with the production of bath parts components.
With the growth of the company, and with the purchase of the fourth press, in 1986 there's the first seat exchange and it enters as partner Leopoldo Sartori. During the same period, the first technical articles for ski equipment and the first plastics for boots and motorcycle suits came into production.
In 1988, the current owner of the company, Fabio Sartori, began working as an employee and in 1992, after Antonio Capraro retired, Fabio took over the company and became a partner with his parents, Leopoldo and Milena. Interplast Snc di Sartori Fabio & c. Later, following an increase of the production and cause Leopoldo and Milena's and retirement, Interplast srl born.
In the early 90's, the company landed in two new areas: it began to produce technical components for aquariums and garden pumps and components for shoe's accident prevention. In the mid 90's, the company is in full swing, so it decided to build the one that will be the final site. In 1998, the 1'000 square meter warehouse is ready and the company starts production in the new headquarters. At this point, the die presses are 7. In the late 90's, the construction of a second warehouse of 1,000 square meters was to be used as a warehouse. In the early 2000s, the company decided to offer its customers the opportunity to follow a project in all its parts: from idea to moulding (development of technical drawings, mould design, testing and commissioning). Inside the new warehouse is then created the project development office, workshop and testing area. The company now covers an area of 2,000 square meters.
In the year 2000 the company grows and raises the fleet to reach the 15 units, the current number of presses. Over the years, the company has come to the field of automotive and electronic components. In 2013, due to the need for additional space covered, the two sheds are joined together and the part used as mould warehouse.
In 2016, in order to better organize asset management in the warehouse, a new rack for raw material storage and ready finished products is added to the warehouse.
