Design and Mould Making

Our task is to understand customer needs and to work out a solution proposal.
Starting with a design or idea and knowing which will be the final application of the article, we will study the production material of the same and, through CAD, the mould to propose the most suitable materials to the product to have an Ended Effective Product.
We can provide our customers with the following services:

• Designing and modeling new articles,
• Rapid prototyping and pre-serialization of plastic articles using 3D printers or pilot moulds,
   
   

   

• Production of moulds for small, medium and large productions for technopolymers,
• Injection with technical materials,
• inserting of inserts and partial or complete assemblies.

Each stage from design to production is constantly followed to ensure the best possible quality.
